This ceramic charcoal barbecue is based on a 1000-year-old cooking technique from Japan: Kamado. Thanks to the thick, sturdy housing, the heat and moisture remain in the barbecue and you have much better control of the temperature in the barbecue.

The Kamado Grill XL is shaped like an egg, ensuring optimum heat circulation in the cooker. This causes the charcoal to burn much more slowly. So you never need to add charcoal to your kamado while you are grilling.
